1. Manager- 1. Bachelor's degree holder; AML/CFT certification (CAMS. ICA etc.) is a must.
- 2. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Compliance and AML field within the UAE. specifically in transaction monitoring within banking or exchange house.
- 3. Up-to-date knowledge of EOCN/CBUAE regulations and relevant AML/CFT laws. including international applicable regulations and proficiency in preparing various AML/CFT policies and procedures.
- 4. Ability to prepare, review and implement Transaction Monitoring-related policies. conduct gap analysis against regulatory guidelines and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- 5. Expertise in Typology Assessments. Transaction Monitoring Optimisation & Fine Tuning, with a focus on real-time and post-facto monitoring of transactions to identify and mitigate risks of money laundering, terrorist financing and proliferation financing.
- 6. Proven experience in identifying and addressing process/system gaps. collaborating with the IT team to implement control measures. Ability to lead Transaction Monitoring system projects, process automations and ongoing improvements.
- 7. Strategic decision-making abilities in compliance & AML related matters and good analytical skills.
- 8. Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a large team, and an excellent "one-team' attitude to consistently achieve defined KPIs, regulatory compliance and other departmental objectives.
- 9. Capable of performing in a high-pressure, deadline-driven, multitasking environment with outstanding output.
- 10. Exceptional written and spoken English ability; Arabic proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory.
- 11. Previous experience in UAE-based exchange houses is a plus.
2. Executive
- 1. Bachelor's Degree in HR related discipline; Professional HR Qualifications are an advantage
- 2. Minimum of five years experience in employee relations
- 3. Strong knowledge of UAE labor law
- 4. Articulate and is able to communicate across various levels in the organization
- 5. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- 6. Outstanding English communication skills, bilingual in Hindi is an advantage.
3. Learning & Development Coordinator
- 1. Bachelor's degree holder
- 2. At least two years of experience in a similar role
- 3. Knowledge in Adobe Software (In-design, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- 4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Learning Management System
- 5. Excellent communication skills
- 6. Good presentation and analytical skills with an eye for detail
- 7. Strong administrative skills
- 8. Quick learner with exemplary interpersonal skills
- 9. Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- 10. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Trainer- 1. Bachelor's degree holder
- 2. At least two years of experience in a similar role or freshers with a zeal to learn
- 3. Excellent English and Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal
- 4. Good presentation and analytical skills
- 5. Strategic thinking and excellent negotiation skills
- 6. Proficiency in MS Office
- 7. Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- 8. Must be able to conduct Soft Skills and Operational (Product Knowledge) training
5. Emiratisation Manager
- 1. Minimum of five years experience in UAE National recruitment and onboarding
- 2. Accustomed to a demanding, fast paced and KPI-driven environment
- 3. Self-motivated, hardworking and forward-thinking
- 4. Excellent verbal and written English & Arabic communication skills
- 5. Must have strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders
