Managing mail for the CEO, including
scanning customer correspondence to the Adviser, CEO Communications for
processing
Providing assistance with logistics
for trips and visits, preparing itineraries
Reconciliation of monthly invoices
and expenses for the CEO ensuring adherence to policies
Co-ordinating key activities for the
CEO, general HR activities, company-wide initiatives
