About the Role-

As Social Media, you'll report to the Marketing and Communications 
Head of the entity and will be responsible for creating original high-quality content including (and not limited to) mailers, videos, posters, copy for notifications / SMS and in-app messaging.


Position Responsibilities:


·        Create relevant, original, high-quality content (Mailers, Videos, 
Posters, Images, etc,)
·        Work closely with agency partners to implement social media strategy
·        Online Reputation Management - Handle social media queries and 
comments, PlayStore and App Store Feedback
·        Analyse competitor landscape and develop benchmarking reports
·        Coordinate with cross-functional teams and prepare management / 
strategy presentation decks
·        Handle other adhoc projects and requests that the management may 
require from time to time
·        Participate and contribute to new business ideas generated by the team
·        Address issues and concerns raised by stakeholders related to Marketing suggestions


Education

·        Bachelor’s Degree
·        Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience

·        At least 2 Years of experience in Social Media

·        In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
·        Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side,
