Refrigeration Technician
Qualification: Diploma in Refrigeration or related discipline.

As a job holder you will be responsible for:-
Maintenance of the Complete Site Refrigeration System, providing preventive maintenance points as per the site requirement and reporting to the Supervisor on daily basis.
Perform maintenance on Chillers, Cooling Towers, Compressors, Condensers, Pumps, FCUs and Evaporators, as and when needed.
Maintain Cold storage as Refrigerant/Freon Gas and its piping, Chilled water Pumps, Condenser units Fans and piping, involving Arch Welding etc works.
Repairing of compressors, fan Motors, Blowers, condensers, heat exchangers, chemical dosing systems, etc.
Monitoring of the cold rooms with both positive and negative temperatures.

Senior Executive Finance
The role is accountable for creating journal entries and assembling supporting documentation, maintaining the general ledger and fixed assets accounts along with processing monthly payroll. Management of GL, Payroll, Receivable and Fixed Assets Accounting.
As a job holder you will be responsible for:-
V Maintain a list of journal entries and record supporting information. Enter all journal entries into the accounting software / ERP system.
V Ensuring that all transactions have been properly accounted for and accurately reflect the company's accounting process.
V Accurate reporting of invoices to appropriate fixed asset general ledger or expense accounts.
V Assist Chief Accountant with Balance Sheet preparation and Account reconciliations.
V Create reports for purchase/acquisition of plant, building, machinery and other fixed assets for strategic planning.
V Record asset additions, retirements, new depreciation book set- ups and forecasting cash needs for capital equipment.
V Assist in the capital planning process for future capital spending and the evaluation of past capital projects resulting in accurate forecast.
V Process Monthly payroll of all employees basing on Human Resources updates on leaves/absence. Ensure accurate payments made on work days present. Appropriately process advance salary, overtime, commissions, loan recovery, etc basing on Human Resources input.
V Prepare Monthly Payslips for all employees.
V Overview of Accounts receivable section.

Below are salary and other details for this role:
Salary : Qr 4,000 Basic + Qr 1500 House Rent allowance + Qr 500 Transportation.
Benefits: Annual Vacation + Private Health Insurance + Life Insurance and Other Benefits.
Working Hours 8 hours per day(No Overtime), 6 days working.
