CTC - up to 13 L pa

Location - Roleholder will be based in Kochi & Responsible for Kerala state .

-8 to 12 years of experience in solid Talent Acquisition (Design & Program mgt of TA strategies)

- Developement of alternate sourcing channels like online campaigns , NGO's , Job exchanges , campus , self help groups etc.

-Proficiency in Malayalam is a must.

Target Industries - Telecom Services/ Telecom Devices/Retail/NBFC /BPO / FMCG / Consumer Durable background.
