JIO JPM Job Description :
It is a Door-to-door sales job that involves identifying customers, collecting leads, visiting the customers, pitching the suitable plans and selling the product. Job Responsibilities : 1. Identify and prioritize localities/areas for home and micro segment 2. Ensure accurate building attributes mapping 3. Acquire buildings and permissions 4. Drive customer engagement and communication campaigns 5. Acquire and onboard customers 6. Manage customer lifecycle 7. Hire, onboard, train and mentor home sales officer EXPERIENCE : 3 to 5 years in direct selling / postpaid telecom sales / Credit card sales / Bank sales SALARY : Rs. 3.5 Lakhs p.a. + T.A + Food Allowances
Major responsibilities of a Jio Point Team member are:
- Complete Operations Management & Ownership of the Jio Points.
- Mass Distribution in the catchment territory.
- People management.
- Logistics management.
- Retail store operation, Customer Care & Services.
- Market Development activities and product promotion.
- People & channel training
