Maintenance Assistant Job Responsibilities-
Provide customer service and support during field visits and tie workflow to schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
Manage all on-site installation, maintenance, repairs and testing tasks to ensure proper documentation of all related processes.
Diagnose errors and technical problems and determine proper solutions to produce timely and detailed service reports.
Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organization to build positive relationships with clients and co-workers.
Satisfy customer needs by making appropriate recommendations and briefings using appropriate field automation systems, procedures, and protocols.
Establish assistance by studying system requirements, including ordering and gathering essential components and parts, completing the installation, and performing quality assurance tests.
Maintain customer satisfaction by using creativity and ingenuity to investigate complaints, identify resolutions, suggest enhanced operating techniques, and recommend system improvements.
Service existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning a daily travel schedule, reviewing concerns, conducting tests, and resolving problems.
Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms
and reporting maintenance statuses to the Office or supervisor
Comply with all safety and health regulations.
Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
Perform routine building maintenance duties, including
painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and
ventilation systems maintenance
Clean interior of the building, as well as machinery and
equipment, and exterior of the building
Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and
equipment, and report needs to supervisor.
Work with and maintain relationships with contracted
vendors.
SSLC + ITI / Diploma / ANY Professional Diploma in relevant Field
High-level ability to test, troubleshoot, service, and
repair automatedequipment
Ability to adapt to dynamic work schedules and flexible
shifts
Superb customer service, communication and self-management
skills Preferred:
Familiarity with mobile applications and tools
Awareness of chemical, health and safety issues
1+ years of experience.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and
mechanical systems (including relevant equipment and tools) is a plus
Knowledge Electrical, Electronics and mechanical systems
(including relevant equipment and tools) is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and
maintenance instructions, and other manuals and documents.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from
supervisors.
May be required to work outside of normal work hours.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time;
ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and lift or move heavy equipment.
